We specialize in blended gas for draught dispense, and apply McDantim, Inc. (tm) technology as the heart of the most effective draught systems. By most effective we mean greatest keg yield AND perfectly protected product.
We use our experience and knowledge, backed by math and science (yes math AND science!!), to optimize draught dispense through high-pressure, blended-gas systems.
The product path in our draught system designs in completely free from any contact with brass or other soft, heavy metals, using only 304 or better grades of stainless steel.
We also have no PVC in our product path, because we recognize PVC (the soft, transparent tubing that is used for jumpers, low pressure gas lines, and "choker") as the worst in the industry on many levels, not the least of which is its effect on draught product quality.
We can create the most adaptable system with no compromise on product quality. We combine custom gas blends with flow control faucets to create the (previously) impossible: a draught system that can preserve and perfectly pour any style of beer from an English Ale to a German Wheat beer, at the correct carbonation level for the life of the keg, with no disconnection, switching, or re-connection of tubing needed.
